Woody Cleveland Gray

Woody Cleveland Gray

Woody died Dec 10, 2006 at the age of Death and while residing in Luray, VA.

"A ladies man. Woody never met a girl he didn't like. Knew him from TeeJay, thru college at RPI ( last graduating class in 1968). He lived with two other guys in Touwnhouse Apts and threw legendary parties for several years. He would lite up any room when he entered and women (all shapes and sizes, and looks) would magically be drawn to him. He worked for the Dept of Recreation and Parks for many yhears, then I lost track of him after he got married in 1973 and he left Richmond and went back to Luray, VA. Of course, being Woody, he knew the girl whose family discovered and owned the caverns! I traced him for us by going thru the Social Security death database while I was working on my family ancestry."  -- Message from Mel Bookman
